Terms of Service

TheRightPic is operated by MYGDA OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at therightpicai@gmail.com.

By creating an account or using TheRightPic you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

TheRightPic generates AI images from photos you provide: placing you in curated scenes (“Scenes”) or re-lighting photos you upload (“Enhancer”). Outputs are produced by AI models and vary — we do not guarantee any particular result, likeness accuracy, or fitness for a specific purpose.

Generations cost credits. New accounts receive one welcome credit. More credits come with a paid subscription (monthly credits that reset each billing cycle and do not roll over) or as one-time top-up packs. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page; it remains active until the end of the paid period. If a generation fails, the credit is refunded automatically. Except where required by law, payments are otherwise non-refundable once credits have been used.

You may only upload photos that you have the right to use. Faces and likenesses must be your own or ones you have explicit permission to use. You must not use the service to impersonate anyone, create misleading, defamatory, or sexually explicit content involving real people, content involving minors, or anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and we may remove content that violates them.

You keep the rights to the photos you upload. Subject to these terms and applicable law, the images you generate are yours to use, including commercially. The scene catalog, prompts, recipes, brand, and software remain ours.

Photos you upload for the Enhancer are deleted from our systems promptly after processing. Selfies you save to your profile are kept so you can generate again, and you can delete them at any time. Images uploaded as custom scene references are kept with that recipe. Creating a share link makes the linked image or recipe available to anyone with the URL, and the link cannot be turned off afterward.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for how you use generated images.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and disputes belong to the Estonian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
